The management structure of the centre will be similar to those of other Centres in the University, with the Vice-Chancellor as the de facto Chairman. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) shall stand in for the Vice-Chancellor on the Board of the Centre. Other members shall include the Director of CESDEV, the Dean of the Postgraduate school, the Bursar, the Librarian, a Representative of Senate of the University, Programme Coordinators, the Secretary to the Centre and other persons that may be co-opted as the needs arise.  The day -to- day running of the Centre will rest with the Director.  The organization structure for the Centre is shown below.

The University of Ibadan is blessed with quality human resources that can drive all the programmes.  The sourcing of resource persons will therefore be open at all times to ensure that quality personnel are drawn from relevant units for the various programmes of the centre.  Personnel will also be sourced from relevant sectors of the economy and even off-shore to ensure quality service delivery.
